Yes. All cancellation request must be submitted in writing to education.europe@ormco.com
Cancellations received more that 60 calendar days before the first day of the event may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable administrative fees.
Participants who do not attend the event (no-shows) remain liable for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund or credit.
Participants are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation. Visa delays, refusals, or pending applications do not qualify for a cancellation, refund or waiver of registration fees.
Participants are solely responsible for securing passports, visas, entry permits, and any other required travel documentation.
Yes. Ormco reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue, dates, or schedule if reasonably necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
